How to use
- Plug the scale into this computer and turn it on.
- Click Connect scale and pick the scale in the list (first time only).
- Put the packed box on the scale and wait for Stable.
- Click Copy, then paste into Shopify's "Total weight" box with the same unit (oz or lb) selected.
If no scale shows up in the list: quit ShipStation Connect (right-click its icon by the clock, then Exit), unplug the scale and plug it back in, and try again. Still nothing? Click "Show all USB devices" and pick the scale. Nothing on this page leaves this computer.
